The unceasing change of market demand,the automobile has resulted in the rapid development of automobile industry,in order to cater to the needs of the current car market,more and more lightweight car body design,it is because of the lightweight car body,car vibration problem is increasingly obvious,and with the improvement of living standards,people on the ride comfort and ride comfort of vehicle driving,such as demand is higher and higher,the requirement of automobile vibration and noise is becoming more and more strict.Therefore,it is very important to optimize the parameters of the parameters.This paper briefly analyzes the composition and function of the suspension system of the powertrain,the arrangement and analysis of several models.This paper mainly analyzes the vibration source of the suspension system of the powertrain,and expounds the principle of vibration isolation of suspension system.The six degrees of freedom model in the suspension system of the component power assembly are expounded.Using ADAMS/Vibration frequency domain response of powertrain mount system has carried on the detailed analysis and discussion,through comparative analysis,the calculated results of the powertrain mount system modal energy decoupling rate needs to be improved.Powertrain mount system are briefly introduced the method of optimization analysis,including optimizing the objective function,optimization of design variables and the optimization design constraints,etc.,and expounds the decoupling theory of suspension system,the introduction of the concept of decoupling,and analyzes the concentrated decoupling method.Cummins B series of automotive diesel engine EQ114 G automobile powertrain mount system as an example,this paper expounds the cummins 6 bt series vehicle diesel powertrain mount system dynamics model is established in this paper,the whole process of dynamic suspension system dynamic simulation analysis result,vibration isolation performance of the suspension system is analyzed,using dof decoupling,part is mainly on stiffness of the system is optimized,and the Z direction of the force before and after optimization were compared.
