At the present time, our country's city intersection are very confused. Mixed traffic problem stand out increasingly. Not only the capacity of passage and the level of service are comparative low, but also various conflicts are high frequency. Especially the conflict between motor vehicle and pedestrian(CBMVP). Therefore, the research for this problem is very significant. And, this paper will do some detailed survey and analyse to the CBMVP of the signalized crossing.First, analyze the characteristic of the motor vehicle volume and pedestrian flow, and conclude the conflict'definition&forms. Then, statistically conclude the probability distributing of the conflict between other traffic and pedestrian, laeotropic traffic volume, pedestrian flow in one typical signalized crossing in Kunming.Second, overpass the systemic analyse method to analyze the conflict according as different phase, got the conflict proportion and the trend of the conflict distributing. And also got the primary reason of the CBMVP. It is the abuse of the signal time match and the traffic organization.In succession, correlation and regression analyze the CBMVP in depth, find the rule of this conflict, and got the models and curves of conflict&laeotropic traffic volume and conflict&pedestrian flow, at the same time, one rule of the curves can be gained by comparing those curves. It is a direct ratio relation at first, it will turn to inverse ratio relation when it arrives some value. Thereinto, the value of conflict&laeotropic traffic volume approximately is 12-15 in this typical intersection, and the value of conflict&pedestrian flow parting is 4-8,11-14.Finally, in order to improve this typical intersection and achieve a good&safe transportation., bring on some effective improved countermeasure and appraisal pertinently according to the three major points.
