As an important electrical device the motor has been widely used in the field of industrial control. In the actual process of production the motor produce vibration and noise inevitably, while noise pollution has been brought. Therefore, how to test, analysis and inhibit the vibration and noise of motor have long been paid attention by people. In order to find the more effective analysis and control system, we found a platform of AC induction motor frequency conversion timing system for vibration analysis. Based on the experiment the subject use Lab VIEW programming language to design and construct a measurement & control platform of motor vibration analysis, and AC motor speed control experimental platform, the prime tasks are as follows:1,The design of software and hardware for motor vibration data acquisition devices. By National Instruments Corporation (NI) NI-9234 supporting products as data acquisition module, using the accelerometer to send signal to the motor vibration data acquisition module, via the USB port after the corresponding transfer to the computer. With Lab VIEW software programming, complicit motor vibration signals acquisition, display, storage, playback and other functions;2,The design of software for motor vibration data testing platform. Making LabVIEW the exploitative software platform, based on the basic functional requirements of the test platform to design modular functions, it use spectrum analysis as core analysis method for vibration signal processing, mainly include power spectrum analysis module, harmonic analysis module and time-frequency analysis module, which were applied to the motor vibration signal analysis and processing, and in-depth study of vibration signals can be completed;3,Motor speed control system hardware structure. Use of speed sensors, digital input and output devices, frequency converter and the D/A module to built motor speed control system. In the test it debugs various parts of the module as doing experiment, and combines all parts for a whole feedback control system.4,The software design of motor speed control system. The program of PID controller and the front panel interface of motor speed control monitoring procedures are designed by the DAQmx in LabVIEW based on pulse edge count; Complete the design of the front panel control interface of its Motor speed control monitoring interface; Considering the integration of LabVIEW and MATLAB with the advantages of the two programming languages it introduce the Interface design of MathScript in LabVIEW, with which the control algorithms written in MATLAB can be called conveniently, all of that make researching motor vibration under different control laws handy. Complete the motor speed control system of its parameter setting, commissioning and operation.
