This topic is based on electric cars driving system and its establishment, and mainly takes responsible for the design of test drive system of electronic control unit and its optimization.Drive control unit is the key components that electric car different from fuel automobile. Its performance and quality directly related to the safety and comfort of the car. For further research and development of electric cars application technology, promotion and popularization of electric vehicles, it has high academic significance and engineering significance.This paper analyses the current development situation of electric vehicles driving system, and put forward a set of design for drive system of the electronic control unit which can be used in pure electric cars. This topic chooses MC9S12DG128 as MCU that based on Freescale series. Combining with laboratory independent development of battery management unit, the analysis, design and research of related problems in the system were given.First, this paper analyzed the present development situation of traditional cars and electric cars driving control system. Knowing of the electric car driving system and its demand of control technology, this paper discusses research hot spot in this field and trend of development.Secondly, this paper gives the electric car ECU structure based on CAN bus, analysis and designs ECU input and output unit and the corresponding hardware principle diagram. In addition, it elaborates how to choose ECU processor and design its periphery circuit.And then it mainly talks about the typical application of driving system, especially elaborates the design on the hardware, software and the control strategy in the electronic control unit Through the joint simulation with Simulink and Labview, the feasibility of the control unit has been verified.Finally, in the electric car, we designed a effective control strategies for high-voltage safety management.
