With the development of transportation check, the overload vehicle treatment and charges on traffic weigh, the weigh-in-motion system is used more and more widely. The dynamic weighing accuracy and the vehicle passing speed are the most important property indexes for weigh-in-motion system and represent its technical developing level. Now when the studies are made in our country, the coordinated problems between the dynamic weighing accuracy and the vehicle passing speed are hard to handle for the inadequate analysis of all factors influencing weigh-in-motion and unable to processing the signal in depth.In view of so many calculation methods and processing several tasks at the same time, choosing a hardware platform to adjust to it becomes very crucial. The weigh-in-motion system has high requirements of real-time property and stability, so the introduction ofμC/OSII will improve it greatly. Consequently, ARM+μC/OSII platform is chosen to study weigh-in-motion system. When doing this study, there are various interference factors which influence the credibility of the collected data though measures have been taken to avoid them. So, we need to process the collected data which includes digital filtering, non-linearity calibration of weighing and the collecting of weigh-in-motion feature variables. Then do algorithm work like mean algorithm, speed compensation, integral displacement and parametric estimation. These calculating methods have their own features and are used differently. In this paper brief analysis will be made on the above methods and put forward a weighing compensation calculation based on fuzzy theory.
