In this paper, based on the principle, the structure and basic technical requirements of the vacuum booster, and combined with the regulation in union "PRC automobile industry standard" QC/T307-1999 vacuum booster technology condition, a arrester factory company standard, and German standard, we established automobile vacuum booster performance verify platform, which composed of vacuum unit, pressure unit, afterburner unit and control unit. It has high precision and good stability. We completed the improvements of the original German import assembly line, filled the gap, and realize the import equipment in China.This article studies include the following elements:1. In this paper, we use the Panasonic servo motor and the German force sensor to implement precise control of speed and force, and closed-loop control of servo proportional valve to implement the non-leakage control of vacuum system. Design structure is simple. We study the system stability, and make use of shielding and filtering techniques to suppress interference, so system performance are stable and reliable2. The vacuum booster performance verify platform can achieve many products detection of different models. We only need to set the corresponding parameters of different products and replace the corresponding accessories. It is simple, convenient. The existing test equipments have some disadvantage of detecting products single and less test items, but this verify platform achieve self-amplification, input-output curve, return time, return curve performance, static seal, and the dynamic seal testing.3. We analyze the test signal, and developed a reasonable data acquisition system. The system implement data collection, analysis and treatment using PCI bus technology and is able to complete analog volume collection, output analog control signal, and complete isolated digital input and output.4. A reasonable acquisition of force-force curve is a very crucial point in the curve testing. Since points of the actual collection, some are too big, or some are too small. These values are unreasonable. From the beginning to the end point of curve detection, we collected 200 points. We remove the unreasonable largest and minimum points, and average residual point to realize the point collection, because it can be the most reasonable to reflect the true value.5. LabVIEW 7.1 was developed using the test system applications. The system can complete the actual data collection and analysis, mapping, printing, storage, etc. The application uses modular design, has the scalability, and enhances versatility.6. By the actual authentication, auto vacuum booster performance verify platform can completed 500 products automatic detection per day, and are of high accuracy, good stability. Vacuum booster performance test system fully meet the design requirements through researching and analyzing the actual test data of the jetta ABS vacuum booster and SC6350 vacuum booster. It confirmed the correct development of the program.
