With the development of science and technology, the piezoelectric ceramics are widely used in national defense, scientific research, industrial production and people's production and life, and many other fields, Since 1880, the Curie brothers discovered the piezoelectric effect of tourmaline. From the initial ceramics, BaTiO3 ceramics and PZT piezoelectric ceramics in the present, the development process of the piezoelectric ceramics play a milestone part in the history of the piezoelectric effect.The actuator, an ideal nano-micro-displacement device, used the piezoelectric ceramic as the driven system, overcome the past disadvantanges in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electromagnetic inertia, response slow, complex structure, lack of reliability and so on, are widely used in micro-positioning technology. But because of the natural features of the piezoelectric ceramic, such as piezoelectric hysteresis and creep, which make it difficult in micro-positioning control and affect the control accuracy, and the driven power is one of the most reasons caused the hysteresis and creep of the piezoelectric ceramic. So the piezoelectric power technology is one of the key technologies in the piezoelectric actuators.In this paper, it make a detailed analysis and research in view of the the basic principle, natural features, driving methods of the piezoelectric ceramic, and the performance and current research of the driven power in domestic and international. According to the the design requirements for the driven power, it proposed the design ideas and methods. The design of the driven power are under the following sections: ChapterⅠintroduces the subject of the origin and significance of the research presented in this paper and to complete the expected results; ChapterⅡpresents the overall project design and hardware selection; ChapterⅢproposed PC control system design, real-time control of drive power and data acquisition; ChapterⅣdesigned the the hardware circuit of the driving power and made simulation analysis; ChapterⅤtested the performance and analysis results of the power supply circuit; ChapterⅥmade a summary and outlook for the design and research of the paper.According to the performance testing and results analysis of the hardware circuit of the driven power, it shows that the design system meets the design requirements of the paper.
