With the continuous development of micro-nano-level science,micro-displacement positioning technology is widely used in high-precision fields such as aerospace,aviation,microsurgery,and other sub-micron to nano-level urgent needs.As a new and practical micro-displacement driving positioning device,piezoelectric ceramics have positive and inverse piezoelectric effects,and have small size,high resolution,fast response,large bearing capacity,strong anti-interference,etc.Advantages.Because of this,micro-displacement positioning platforms based on piezoelectric ceramics have the advantages of fast frequency response,high positioning accuracy,low power consumption,and less susceptibility to interference.Therefore,in order to meet the conditions for the piezoelectric ceramics to output a larger range of micro-displacements and maintain higher accuracy in the micro-displacement test system of the vibration platform,a localized,high voltage,high power,high frequency response,and portable piezoelectric ceramic drive power have great scientific significance and practical development prospects.This paper first analyzes the structural performance of piezoelectric ceramics,the current research status of piezoelectric ceramic driving power sources,and the driving technology of piezoelectric ceramics,and presents the design technical difficulties and expected indexes of prototypes.According to the design principles of piezoelectric ceramic drive power supply,the main circuit unit and digital control system are selected and analyzed.The full-bridge inverter topology is selected as the main circuit topology,and the DSP digital controller is selected as the control core chip.Based on this,a design scheme is proposed,that is,the full-bridge inverter circuit and the isolated DC-DC circuit output in series as the main circuit unit to drive the piezoelectric ceramics.The hardware and software design of this solution is analyzed in detail,including the design of main circuit unit and control circuit,device selection,parameter calculation,design and programming of Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation(SPWM)signal generation,voltage and current double closed-loop proportion-integration adjustment.Among them,Simulink is used to simulate and analyze the full-bridge inverter and isolated DC-DC circuit of the main circuit unit.Based on this theory,by building an experimental platform,it is verified that the equivalent capacitance of the piezoelectric ceramic is 5?F.The piezoelectric ceramic drive power supply can achieve a gain of 100 times the voltage amplification within a frequency response of 5Hz to 1k Hz,output a dynamic sinusoidal voltage of 0 to 1000 V,the maximum output power reaches 7k W,and its linearity,stability,and frequency The performances such as response were tested by experiments to verify that it meets all the requirements of the expected index,and has good practical value of domestically produced piezoelectric ceramic drive power.
