Auto engine fueled with alternative fuels become an important measures to solve the energy and environmental issues. Compared with ethanol gasoline, hydrated ethanol gasoline has obvious advantages on prices. On the other hand, it can be reduced the airproof requirements of the fuel on storage and transportation. The paper take research on the micro emulsion technology of hydrated ethanol gasoline. Studies EFI engine's combustion capability and performance when use hydrated E10 ethanol gasoline, for more comprehensive scientific understanding on hydrated E10 ethanol gasoline application technology.The paper summarized analyzes the physical and chemical properties of ethanol gasoline blended and the influence relationship between its fuel properties and the performance of EFI engine. The separation phase of hydrated ethanol gasoline and environmental factors which affect the stability of the hydrated ethanol gasoline.were analyzed in this paper. Develop micro emulsion ethanol gasoline emulsifier on the basis of the mechanism of separation phase of hydrated ethanol gasoline, and take examination on the stability of the fuel. The results show that:The emulsifier developed on the base of HLB theory-SPY emulsifier has notable emulsification efficiency on the hydrated ethanol gasoline, it can resolve the phase separation problem of hydrated ethanol gasoline in a large temperature range.The result of experimentation on EFI engine fueled with 93# gasoline/ElOw hydrated ethanol gasoline showed that:When fueled with ElOw hydrated ethanol gasoline, power and torque of the EFI engine both fall in the range of -2.08%~-0.34% and -2.12%~-0.34%; effective consumption rate of fuel consumption be relatively high, its range is-0.35%~4.07%; energy consumption rate less than gasoline, which ranges of -4.55%~-0.32%.The result of combustion experimentation on EFI engine fueled with 93# gasoline /ElOw hydrated ethanol gasoline showed that:When fueled with ElOw hydrated ethanol gasoline, the maximum combustion pressure drop as the peak of pressure rise rate decreased at the same time. The crank angle which gains the maximum combustion pressure and the peak of pressure rise rate deferred, and the change range of the crank angle decreased as the engine speed and the road rise. Ignition delay rise and after combustion curtail; the maximum instantaneous heat release rate increased, it gain a significant reduction in low-load, with the load raise the rate of increase decreases.The result of exhaust experimentation on EFI engine fueled with 93# gasoline /ElOw hydrated ethanol gasoline showed that:When fueled with ElOw hydrated ethanol gasoline CO, HC emissions decreased slightly in low load, decreased significantly in large load; When the engine run in middle and high load, CO,HC emissions were significantly decreased, CO emission decreased 9%~17%, HC emission decreased 4%~9%; Reduction of NOx emission was about 12% in small load, not obvious change in large load. Emissions at idle speed improved significantly, CO, HC emissions decreased slightly, NOx decreased the most significant to 65%. |
