The shortness of energy resources, and the deterioration of the environment has become the world's two difficult problems, and the development of automobile engine is related to these two issues closely. The alternative fuel used in vehicles become a hot topic in the world.The research work in the gasoline engine used hydrous ethanol-gasoline fuel, the engine performance and emissions improvements is one of the effective ways to alleviate these problems.At the first of the article, study the physical and chemical properties of ethanol-gasoline, as well as concluded the problems about gasoline engine using this fuel, clear the focus of the work and the problems needed to solve.We have done a lot of research and testing work on the stability of E10 hydrous ethanol gasoline (95% edible ethyl alcohol).Clear the infuluence of the separate temperature, water content and alcohol content of ethanol impact on the stability of the fuel, according to the mechanism of delamination, use chemical and produce technology, gained suitable emulsifier. And in accordance with different water content of different alcohol content, use the selected emulsifier, gain separation temperature. Test results show that the E10 hydrous ethanol fuel can keep the stability a month in the ambient temperature. This aquifer for the use of hydrous ethanol gasoline and laid the foundation for the promotion.On the bench test about the gasoline engine,we use Chery company SQR481F EFI gasoline engine for the study, the fuel for test is E10 hydrous ethanol gasoline. Test results show that the dynamic burning E10 hydrous ethanol gasoline is a little lower than that of the original machine, it is not big change. In the economic characteristics of the whole load, the effective rate of fuel consumption is higher than the original machine, but the equivalent calorific value of fuel consumption rate is lower. On the emissions of the front of the catalysis, the change of CO burning E10 hydrous ethanol fuel in the medium load and small load range is basically the same, and lower than the original machine, but it can improve more obvious in the big load. The content of HC in the whole load is improved, and the degree of the improvement is around 15%. On NOx emissions, it can improve more obvious in the medium load and small load, change only a little in the big load. Between the idle speed, the emissions of CO, HC and NOx can be improved, but the degree is limit. The ethanol and acetaldehyde of unconventional emissions are larger, carbinol is basically the same as the primary engine. The transform efficiency of emissions in the catalysis is related to the engine speed and the load. Unconventional emissions can be transformed into a few parts in the catalysis, it can achieve zero emissions in major load. In the whole process of the testing, the engine running well.On the basis of summarizing the physical and chemical properties of hydrous ethanol gasoline fuel the contain different percentage hydrous ethanol. According to the results of the trial, using the grey theory, correlation analysis the combustion efficiency of the engine used hydrous ethanol gasoline fuel contained different percentage ethanol performance. Access to the association of the factors on the combustion efficiency. Analysis show that the calculated results are consistent with the fuel properties and combustion theory.
