Shengli Bin Nan power grid has gradually accomplished an overall automatic reformation for the transformer substation secondary system. There are many types of equipments used in this reformation, namely State Power NANZI, Shenzhen NARI, GuangYu technology product manufacturers, etc. In this paper, with the operation of the automatic system of above products, careful analysis and comparison are made so as to design a reasonable solution. It has done the following work:Firstly, there is a brief introduction for the operation status of Bin Nan overall automatic reformation, includes Shenzhen NARI ISA300 substation automatic system, the State Power NANZI PS6000 substation automatic systems, and GuangYu Technologies WAT02 integrated automatic system, defining the different reforming workload, screen mode, protection configuration, backstage monitoring, and system design of various manufacturing equipments further.Secondly, this paper made a detailed description of pre-integrated, renovation, operation and management of problems and solutions for the overall automatic transformer substation within the existing model. Then it listed the solutions to the problem of Reconstruction work on the substation AC and DC system reform, removal of the old screen, new screen installation, debugging computer protection, monitoring system debugging, complete installation instructions, through the operation of specific examples of the analysis.
