The asynchronous machine is widely used in industry, agriculture and other fields, because of its simple structures and inexpensive cost, but when it works, the load is often to be in the state of change, if it works in the under-loading or the idling working conditions, a range of serious consequences, for example, power factor and efficiency becoming small, electrical energy being wasted and so on will appear. So, the AC motor energy-saving is extremely urgent and essential when it is in the condition of light load, regarding to the AC motor which works in the condition of light load long-termly, the space of energy-saving is very big.The article analyses the saving energy of asynchronous machine in theory, primaryly studies this control which achieves the purpose of energy-saving by examing power-factor, reducing AC motor's voltage and improving power-factor on basis of some control rules,.Designing the control program of AC motor working in the state of energy-saving.The method of achieving power factor through examing the phase angle between voltage and current is given.Because the AC motor is a seriously nonlinear control object,traditional control method is difficult to achieve satisfactory reasults. In this paper,fuzzy control technology is proposed to achieve energy-saving.Using MATALB simulation software to study the fuzzy control system of energy-saving.The simulation model of energy-saving system,including fuzzy controller of energy-saving,three-phase AC voltage regulating circuit,AC motor and its measurement module,power factor measurement simulation model and so on.We can get the conclusion through the design and analysis of simulation. The saving energy system of fuzzy control through examining power-factor has the fast response speed, the stronger robust and the good effect of saving energy. We can optimize the electric circuit through simulation. At last, we can improve the power-factor in asynchronous machine. The article is benefit to the design of fact electric circuit.
