Due to the limitations of DC motor in various aspects, in contrary, AC motor is better than AC motor in the structure, cost, maintenance, adapt to the environment, so the AC motor technique will gradually replacing DC technique along with the development of AC technique. Based on the mathematical model of induction motor is analyzed, the fuzzy-PI vector control system has been designed, include the hardware circuit and software and computer simulation.In this paper, after equivalent transformation of coordinates so that the stators torque component and the excitation component is decoupled, based on the mathematical model of asynchronous motor, and then establish the space vector control system based on rotor flux oriented. DSP-C language program designed to achieve induction motor fuzzy PI control system design requirements.The computer simulation technology development and popularization partly replace engineering practice. The speed control system can be simulated in the computer to guide the engineering practice by simulation results debugging. Build simulation model of motor control system with the simulation software MATLAB/ SIMULINK. The result of simulation verified that the design of control system scheme is feasible. |
