The asynchronous machine which has simple structures and inexpensive cost, is widely used in industry and agriculture application, but when it works, the asynchronous machine has the load often to be at the varying duty, if in the under-loading or the idling working conditions, appears the asynchronous machine power factor to become lower, the efficiency reduced, the electrical energy wasted and so on, therefore the three-phase asynchronous motor under-loading energy saving is extremely urgent and essential, regarding the long-term movement under the under-loading condition, the asynchronous machine has very big energy saving space.The paper first take the asynchronous machine under-loading efficiency becoming lower reason as a starting point, the detailed analysis of the asynchronous machine energy consumption relations, have carried on the thorough analysis to the electrical efficiency and the power factor relations, and gives through reducing the asynchronous machine terminal voltage to enhance the power factor, the electrical machinery energy saving principles are also presented, as well as the asynchronous machine power factor angle transformation rules. Afterwards, has carried on the analysis to the voltage dropping in different load situations, and discussed the influence of the power factor angle on the thyristor output voltage, proposed the control strategy which the controller design uses. Regarding the question of the asynchronous machine when factor and load unceasing changes, the determination the uncertainty mathematical relation, this article proposed solution with the fuzzy control method, the fuzzy control does not need the precise description of the electrical machinery's operating parameter relations, only needs according to the expert's experience may be able to achieve very good effect.In the foundation of the above theoretical analysis, the system hardware circuit design and the software algorithm design have completed. In the hardware design, including thyristors and the main control chip selection (80C196KB), the reset circuit design, the power factor detection circuit design, the triggering circuit design, the keyboard and the display circuit design and so on. In the software design, each main function module detail flowchart has given, also introduced in this subsystems design software and hardware anti-interruption measures.Finally, obtaining the massive tentative data by the laboratory and the practical tests, indicated the very good adaptiveness based on the fuzzy control asynchronous machine energy saving controller, and has very good effect in the under-loading electricity saving. This article has also carried on the thorough discussion and the analysis in the test result, proposed the direction and the improvement methods for further development.
