Solar Energy Utilization In Legal Issues

Solar energy as an important form of renewable energy, in China, the use of a unique condition. As the world wide application of new energy technologies, large-scale solar energy industry, the development potential is broad.China's《Constitution》provides that "the country protects and improves the living environment and ecological environment, prevent pollution and other public hazards." National law on renewable energy development and utilization to improve the environment and energy as priority areas of development, the state encourages the development and utilization of solar energy.This paper studies the legislative experience of solar energy at home and abroad, and in practice the learning process, introduces the domestic and some foreign countries in Environmental Law, Renewable Energy Law and other solar energy development and utilization of public family law director of development and utilization of solar energy in our country in terms of defects in the legal system, by improving the legal system of solar energy development and utilization of the three proposals the issue.
