Many problems presented in large construction projects in our country are:1) Rainwater is collected and used rarely ,which has caused the serious waste of rainwater;2) Because the running water is very cheap, many people use it as landscape water secretly. This action is forbidden because of the prohibition of using water as a landscape water.3) the completed landscape water makes water quality deteriorated, which is due to the poor management, immature technology or too high running costs. As a result, not only the community environments have not been improved and beautified, but the mosquitoes have been breeding quickly. To solve the above problems, by the designing of the rainwater collecting systems, the research of the landscape water supply, and maintaining the quality of the landscape, we are looking for an economic feasibility technology, which is important for water conservation and reducing the cost of operation and management. In this thesis, we regard University Games Stadium project in Shenzhen as the background. By using water EPA SWMM model we calculated the total rainfall in the central area of Dayun and made the detailed design on rainwater collecting system; By using water EPA SWMM model we calculated the annual supply water in the lake landscape of the central area of the Grand Canal, and we optimized the study of the replenish program, presented three recommendations of the replenishment program;By using water quality model EcoLab, we obtained the best depth of the lake scenery and the best water exchange time; Conservation programs on water quality were optimally studied and we proposed water treatment technology process recommendations. Finally, by technical and economic comparison, we got the best combination of quality proposals of the source water.
