Virtual Reality is very active technology research fields in past decade, is a series of high-tech collections. Virtual Reality can offer the user more lifelike experience, and provide people a great convenience to explore macroscopic world and micro world. This paper studies the human-machine interaction based on the data glove in the virtual environment of the hydropower station and the seamless technology in multi-channel projection system. This paper mainly do the following research work:Firstly, according to the anatomical structure and movement characteristics of the hand, I model a virtual hand and a virtual environment of hydropower station facilities, with the use of 3D Studio Max.Secondly, this paper outlines the principles and functions of the data glove, analyzes the movement of each finger segment, and studies on the joint data access and correction of the virtual hand. It give a overview of the location tracking technology and the architecture of the PCTracker. I devise a filtering algorithm to ensure the stability of the virtual hand interaction task.Thirdly, the paper describes the classification of the virtual hand operation. I propose a virtual hand collision detection algorithm based on the hydropower station VR system. I analysis the process of the virtual hand operation on diffierent types of the hydropower station devices, propose the correspoding virtual hand steady grasping rules, then complete the virtual hand operation on different types of components. Thus I achieve the human-computer interaction based on the data glove.Fourthly, the paper describes the classification of the immersive virtual reality system and characteristics of multi-channel projection system. It studies calibration technologies in the multi-channel projection system. I implement OpenGL-based geometric correction and edge blending, and achieve the display of the hydropower station virtual environment in the three-channel projection system.
