| Among the established bridges, Medium-small Span Bridges occupy the leading position. T-beam Bridge has been widely used in this type of Bridge due to its outstanding advantages. However, after a period of operation, many kinds of diseases have appeared, of which damages of transverse connections is the most prominent that produces prodigious influence in the performance of bridges.In this paper, which is funded by a 20 meter assembly T-beam bridge, method of theoretical calculation of finite element combined with loading test is performed to study the modeling technique of assembly T-beam bridge, different transverse connection conditions are considered.The major work and results in the paper are summarized as follows:1) Finite element solid models of T-beam bridges with no damage are established by Midas FEA, Which consider different transverse connection condition such as hinge, semi-rigid, wet grafting. The modeling technique of assembly T-beam bridge of these three types is discussed. Then the correctness of the calculation model is verified by conventional calculation methods.2) On the background of Xinsha overpass, the finite element model of the T-beam bridge with damage is established, the theory is combined with practice, effectiveness of the model and calculation method is verified.3)Based on the broken T-beam bridge model, methods of reinforcement of T-beam bridge are discussed, studies of reinforcement of transverse diaphragm were carried out.In this paper, the establishing of damaged finite element analysis models and analysis of simulation reinforcement can provide some data and be referenced to practical engineering. |
