The paper collected the disease status of the assembled simple supported T beam bridges, analyzing the correlation between the vertical cracks on the web and the beam space. From the perspective of load lateral distribution,The influence of the stiffness of different diaphragm structural forms of the cast-in-situ part of the simply supported T beam bridge on the lateral distribution of the load is studied, and considering the effect of the beam spacing on the lateral distribution of the load after the lateral connection damage.Further,The relationship between the “single beam bearing” and the stiffness of the lateral connection is verified from the torsion under the different degrees of damage in the transverse connection and the lateral bending of the web,and analyzed the influence of web thickness and diaphragm layout on transverse side bending effect of web.The main work of this paper is as follows:1)According to the lateral configuration of the simple-supported T-beam bridge, the influence of different transverse connection condition on the lateral load distribution is analyzed by finite element software.Combined with the same example, the simplified design calculation method is used for verification. The applicability and advantages and disadvantages of simplified design and calculation methods for simply supported T beam bridge under different lateral connections are compared.2)According to the disease of the transverse connection part of the assembled simply supported T beam bridge in actual operation, the paper set up different kinds of transverse connection damage condition. In the case of parameters with different span L=20m,40 m and beam spacing b=1.80 m,2.5m,according to the damage of General Code for Design of Highway Bridges and Culverts by calculating transverse load distribution coefficient of the different injury conditions were studied. In order to avoid the external beam control design is too large and ensure the vehicle load of T beam can give full play to its advantage in reasonable range of girder spacing.3)In the case of the bridge layout studied in this paper, the design is usually controlled by the cross-section bending moment of the edge beam. The external beam cross section bending moment is an important index to control the design from different transverse connection load transverse distribution coefficient of variation of damage conditions can found:the maximum value of the transverse load distribution coefficient is decreased. It is beneficial to the structure from the moment of cross point of view,This is obviously a paradox. The disease of the web of T beam bridge with good transverse connection is far less than that of the damaged T beam bridge in the actual situation. Therefore,it is considered that the stiffness of the transverse joint has a significant effect on the stress of the web of the T-beam,which deepens the understanding of the relationship between the “single beam bearing” and the stiffness of the transverse joint. It is vertified by the torsional situation of the main beam and the lateral bending effect of the web.4)The assembly simply supported T beam bridge has many defects, such as large spacing between main girders, high and thin web plates, and weak lateral ties.Under the action of loading, not only the effect is generated in the vertical plane of the web,but also the vertical plane effect, but also it causes vertical out-of-plane effects at the same time--lateral bending effect, this is one of the causes of vertical cracks in web.In order to reduce the lateral bending effect of T beam web for Control the formation of cracks, the paper should research the influence of the web and the layout of the diaphragm on the lateral side bending. Then putting forward some reasonable suggestions for the work of design.
