This article is a engineering study about the engineering survey,design and comprehensive construction of a rock slope. And describes the engineering survey, engineering drilling, landslide mechanism analysis, slope stability analysis and slope comprehensive design, construction, deformation monitoring and other aspects of content, and describes the research methods of the rock slope failure and its influence factors particularly。This study also proposed new ideas and new methods such as using horizontal drilling to detect weak structural plane inside the rock. It is a significant effect to reinforcing rock slope and control deformation of the slope by using anchor and bolt. This rock anchor retaining wall which both have focus anchorage as anchor bolt and decentralized control as anchor, is both the bearing body and the loading body, not only can self stable in the depth of the anchor, but also have the effects of rock anchor retaining wall or friction pile.In the application of Rock Slope management, it achieved the expected strengthening effect With this combination of bolt and cable management During the construction process, improved support design requirements by the construction of information, examined geotechnical design parameters, careful organization and management, in order to create quality works to make a contribution, to enhance the level of expertise and research of rock slope management experience gained,and can also provide some reference to counterparts doing similar projects.
