The wear problems of wheel-rail have a direct impact on the future maintenance and repair workload of the railways. With the increment of running speed, the wheel-rail contact problems become more and more serious and the wheel-rail wear problems are much more obvious for the high-speed railways. Therefore, how to reduce the wheel-rail wear will be the main work of maintaining the ballastless tracks of high-speed railways. And to analyze the influence factors of the railway wheel-rail wear from the perspective of dynamics, thereby to adopt corresponding measures to reduce the wheel-rail wear and maintenances as well as repair workload, is of great theoretical value and guiding significance. The main work done in this paper is as follows:(1) A complete vehicle-line dynamic model based on ADAMS/Rail software is established and validated.(2) With the established model, impact law of plane and vertical section's design parameters of high-speed railway on the wheel-rail wear have been analyzed, from the perspective of redu:ing the wheel-rail wear, to obtain reasonable values of high-speed railway design parameters.(3) By comparing the geometry sizes of five wear types wheel flange tread specified by China's TB/T 449-2003 standard with the European standard S1002 wheel flange tread, this paper analyzes the impact law of wheel-rail wear of high-speed railways in China of various kind of wheel-rail matches.(4) For the possibilities that trains of different levels and speeds run on the same passenger dedicated line, this paper focuses on analyzing the impact results of wheel-rail wear of the in-line train and off-line train and defines the wheel-rail wear as the obvious problems in maintaining and repairing the railways for passenger trains running at different speeds at the same timeThe innovation of this paper lies in that it has explored the impact law of such factors as the plane and vertical section's design parameters of high-speed railways and the operating mode of passenger trains running at different speeds at the same time that contribute to the wheel-rail wear of high-speed railways, which can provide some beneficial references to the designing and maintaining of high-speed railways in our country.
