The vibration’s frequency or amplitude between vehicle and track increased with the increase of train’s speed continues to increase. High speed railway’s wheel/rail damage is far more different from normal railways. This paper presents a method aimed at combining theories analysis with dynamic simulation, to research some vehicle or rail factors influence the rail damage.The dynamics model between CRH2 vehicle and rail are established by using multi-body dynamics software SIMPACK. The effect of rail factors, which are speed, curve radius, ultrahigh railway, track irregularity and any others, on safety and stability on vehicle and rail are investigated. Then study CRH2’s dynamic properties, wheel/rail abrasion on straightway and curve.After read various references, sum up some relatively efficient advices, which are wheel/rail lubricating and grinding, against wheel/rail abrasion. Those conclusions provide technical support to the rail-track engineering department formulate wheel/rail lubricating and grinding institutions.Main conclusions are described below:(1) When consider single rail factor, all of dynamic properties, wheel/rail abrasion figures are below specified value. The result shows those figures increases with the increase of speed, under ultrahigh and up ultrahigh, decrease with the increase of curve radius and friction coefficient. But under ultrahigh is less affect wheel/rail abrasion. So speed should be rational design in order to conform railways.(2) When railway’s curve radius below 6000m, the speed limit is 300km/h. When railway’s curve radius are above 8000m, safety and stability on vehicle and railway increase flatten out, so there is no earth increase curve radius. There is no more wheel/rail adhesion area lager than friction coefficient μ=0.25.(3) CRH2 runs the passenger line from Xi’an to Baoji at different speed. At straight line, wheel/rail abrasion figures are below specified value, have no great value point. When railway’s curve radius is 3500m, the speed limit is 200km/h; curve radius is 7000m, the speed limit is 350km/h.(4) Because of ultrahigh and curve radius’s transient changes, vehicle runs around the point of spiral to curve or curve to spiral and the central of curve., the power of wheel/rail abrasion is special large. The rail-track engineering department should focus on these areas’ examination.
