| The technology of fastening to concrete is very commonly applied in the modern engineering, and there are many researches on tensile failure of post-installed fastening. Because of the diversification of failure modes and influencial factors, based on comparing the researches of the anchor technology principles of post-installed fastening, force transmission, failure modes, caculation of behaviour of loading capacity and influential factors of loading capacity between China and other countries, this dissertation, according to the condition of the concrete breakout of wedge cone, adopts a new method of plasticity and makes comparison and verification of ANSYS finite element simulating calculation and experimental data and finally puts forward the modification criterion of describing the wedge cone breakout of fastening item by stress field. The details include:(1)Organization and conclusion of the previous research on loading capacity behaviour of post-installed fastening. The main influencial factors for loading capacity behaviour of post-installed fastening are: concrete strength, concrete reinforcement, anchor depth, anchor spacing and edge distance.(2)By comparing the classical plasticity theory with new method, it is found that the new method has obvious advantages, the classical theory, however, has clear problems, especially the new method's important conclusions of stress field under the condition of special boundary conditions have provided new theoretical foundation for determining accurate stress field of fastening system.(3)In the comparison research of simulation test and experimental data of fastening effects, the verification can be provided for the rationality of data analysis model when conducting the research on the function mechanism of fastening.(4)According to different types and conditions of concrete materials, buried depth of steel bar, the research of concrete stress field under the condition of factored load is quantitatively conducted. Then the modification criterion of related research is provided and finally a further experiment is proceeded to verify the criterion and the result shows a good applicability. |
