Cement emulsified-asphalt mortar-filled layer constitutes an imperative part of CRTS I ballastless slab track and its material is of great importance in the construction of high-speed railway because it can support, level the rail and absorb shock as well; the quality of the material directly affects the durability of the ballastless slab track as well as stability and safety when a train is operated. Therefore, the research on the quality control of cement emulsified-asphalt mortar-filled layer is of great and practical significance.Cement emulsified-asphalt mortar boasts of complex composition and strong sensitiveness along with strict performance demands in particular. Based on the function requirements which CRTS I ballastless slab track imposes on cement emulsified-asphalt mortar, the thesis analyses special features of the mortar and studies the construction quality control according to current problems existing in the application of cement-emulsified asphalt mortar, furthermore it proposes that theory of total quality management should be used in the quality control of mortar-filled layer and elaborates on how to combine the theory and practice through taking the Guangzhou-Zhuhai rapid rail track ZH-3 as an example.The new idea of the thesis lies in that it brings the theory of total quality control to the practice of quality control of cement emulsified-asphalt mortar, which is unprecedented. It will provide a new clue and thinking pattern for the development of cement emulsified-asphalt mortar in the construction of high-speed railway ballastless slab track. |
