| As the main type of machine for asphalt rode maintenance, the pavement milling machine is economical and practical which is always used to mill the damaged old layer and lay the new layer of the rode. This technique is widely used in maintenance projects of urban municipal roads and expressway because of the advantage of its high efficiency, simple construction technology, easy control of the milling depth, convenient and flexible operation, good mobility, direct recycling process of milled old material and etc. It's important to study the key control technology of milling machine for the improvement of milling machine quality.The control system and the key control technology of 2m milling machine are studied in this paper. The control system based on CAN bus and dedicated controller of engineering machinery has been developed. The selection of hardware and design of software and key control algorithm have been completed. The electronic-controlled double joysticks technology is used in speed adjustment algorithm of milling machine based on the principle of acceleration control, which is more convenient and flexible than other speed adjustment algorithms and meets the requirement of one joystick controlling the speed independently. It is also used in adaptive power control algorithm of milling machine, which distributes the engine power reasonably in extreme bad condition in order to make the engine speed stable. Five steering modes-front wheel steering, rear wheel steering, crabbing steering, all wheel steering and rear wheel back-in have been used, which are easy to operate. Intelligent fan control technology has been used, ensuring that the three mediums, the engine cooling water, the hydraulic oil and the engine air intake, work in the allowable scope of temperature, and reach the effect of energy saving and noise reduction. The actual construction process demonstrates-that this control system is rational and feasible, and meets the requirements of operation. |
