Permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM) vertical transportation system is a new type elevator. The history and the present state of linear motor are reviewed briefly, at the same time, PMLSM vertical transportation system and it's control strategy is introduced. A dynamic model which bases on the"Four-layers model"is established under the reasonable assumptions and rigorous mathematical derivation. According to the principle of the SVPWM converter and appropriate sampling algorithm, the model is established by using the box of SIMULINK in MATLAB. In the light of the special structure of this system and present linear motor's control strategies, the various disturbances of effecting PMLSM vertical transportation system's control is analysised, according to the characteristic of the fuzzy control, the global model of PMLSM vertical transportation system is established and did simulink research.The results of show that the fuzzy control system has the good control characteristic and effectively enhanced the stability and reliability of PMLSM vertical transportation system, and it has very strong Robust to the parmeter change of the system and external disturbance. Some necessary theory basis and reference is gived for further research on PMLSM vertical transportation system.
