Impact Roller is the new kind of compacting machinery interiorly.It's working device is a non-circular cross-section cam scroll wheel. It uses the working wheel scrolling and impacting alternately to compact the material with large amplitude and low frequency. It has two advantages of high strength and high efficiency, especially its working manner of dynamic compaction is a revolution to traditional compacting machinary.But in the work process, the vibration of rack caused by the impact of ground and vibration of working wheel. On the one hand reduces the life of all major components, on the other hand transmission of the vibration from rack to the tractor affect the traction power output, especially affect the tractor of ride comfort seriously. The cab suspension as an important part of damping structure, the traditional passive damping rubber cab structure can not meet the needs of all the circumstances, and the damping effect is far from satisfactory currently. Therefore, the study and exploration of the impact roller cab for vibration damping device control new methods, new techniques for improving the ride comfort has important theoretical and practical significance.Semi-active Control is a hot research in the control field. It provides a new approach for resolve the vibration and noise isolation. MR damper is a new type of semi-active control devices widely used in recent years. It is made by a principle, which is using the reversible rapidly rheological characteristics of magnetic fluid in magnetic field. Therefore, in this paper, it take MR damper as semi-active control element to build a semi-active cab suspension system and use the method of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to study on the dynamic characteristics and semi-active control techniques of MR damper semi-active suspension. In recent years, fuzzy control as a non-linear intelligent control technology has been widely developed and applied in theory and industrial practice because of its unique advantages. In this paper, it proposed MR damper fuzzy-PID semi-active control method based on the impact roller full floating cab isolation device model. Semi-active cab suspension control model was established according to the vibration characteristics for the impact roller. Two-input single and one-output single fuzzy controller was established and the fuzzy control rules was build too based on experience and theoretical analysis. Taking a certain type of impact roller as an application object, the traditional passive rubber damping system and semi-active control suspension system based on MR damper was simulated and compared. The results show that if the MR damper was on the reasonable control, the semi-active suspension can greatly improve the comfort of the tractor cab .
