The dissertation take the method of numerical simulation and experimental study combining research. Takes a large caliber howitzers of Extended-Range Guided Munitions(ERGM) shells as its research object. ERGM missile technology in the composite studies on the feasibility on the basis of the overall program structural design, insider and outside the trajectory analysis, stress analysis, all shells elastic matcing, the damping of electrionic components and by spin test, artillery firing intensity and modal analysis, and conducted outside the trajectory simulation.Analysis of the working principle of ERGM missile theory to study the layout of the form of ERGM bombs, and then carried out at the end of ERGM shells composite structure design. Application of ANSYS/LS-DYNA analysis software, established a extended-range-guided-munitions shells some parts of the finite element model to simulation of the ERGM shells, in the bore of the emission intensity, the intensity is found by analyzing the problems of the structure of a certain optimal design; through the electronic components were analyzed against overload, overload for effective optimized structure design, equations of motion through the fores analysis and establishment of ballistic simulation was carried out for experimental verification has some (?)ference, right the power of extended-range missile complex numerical simulation. Consider the ERGM missile launch in the bore of the vibration problem, the application ANSYS analysis software and to carry out a modal analysis to calculate the whole shells fired in the process of the chamber shape and natural frequency of vibration. Through a ERGM shells complex modal analysis to verify the emission intensity of vibration on the impact of the results of these calculations for engineering applications of some reference value for the ERGM missile composite structure design and optimization of a certain frame of reference. The use of MATLAB/SIMULINK outside the trajectory of the projectiles carried out simulation calculation, the trajectory angle over time to respond to map the results of particle trajectory outside the range of local maps and diagrams to enlarge the simulation data, combined with tests demonstrated.
