In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinese economy and housing construction is more and more intensive, thus the rate of fire is also increasing year by year, Meanwhile firefighters injured in the fire increased every year. To ensure the safety of firefighters in fire, based on multi-sensor data fusion,a kind of firefighter safety monitoring system is put forward and designed that can effectively protect the safety of firefighters. In the paper, the major content is as follows:(1) Propose a new program that carry on partial and global two kinds of data fusion sit for fire fighting characteristics of the number of environmental parameters.(2) The design adopts the LPC2214 controller and CC2430 transc-eiver based on the ZigBee technical standard, which makes monitoring system has data handling capacity and communication capability.(3) Design a set of software that adoptsμC/OS-Ⅱreal-time operating system and data fusion.The method of software antijamming by using batch estimate and the mehod of hardware antijanming by using quasi-voltage power source, ensure system reliability and stability.(4) The star network topologies are adopted. Each firefighter safety monitoring system can been either transmitting terminal as well as reception terminal. According to the monitoring system position, And the ZigBee network could hold 65535 nodes at most, which meets the actual needs.Experiments show that all aspects of the whole system has reach the expected function of purpose and requirements.
