Critical Process Of Large-span Beam Bridge Construction Quality Control

As the enhancement of the investment in the national construction, more and more large scale bridge construction projects turn up. These projects involve wide range, long cycle time of construction, huge investment, and great impact on the daily life of people, which determine that the quality of the project is the most important. The process of the construction is not only the process to make the project entity, but also the important stage to determine the quality of project. So this paper will base on the large span girder bridge, to study the large span girder bridge quality control from the construction process point of view, change the previous quality control which focus on qualitative analysis to that with both qualitative and quantitative analysis, and produce the quality control tool of production field to project construction field. It is a new attempt, which is valuable in both theory and practice.Firstly, this paper introduces the concept of key processes, WBS's basic theory, the working methods and criteria of the WBS in a project, and put WBS in practice of large span girder bridge construction process and the quality risk of each construction stage, make questionnaire survey to design experts according to quality risk from various stages. According to the output of experts questionnaire survey, the key process of construction is made based on the key factors which impact the quality.Secondly, the paper introduce Statistical Process Control theory, in terms of the key factors which impact the quality to discuss about the quality control problems of large span girder bridge in the key process of construction base on WBS, and use qualitative analysis and SPC control chart methods to provide quality control measures on the key factors which impact the construction quality.Finally, based on the WBS, apply the quality control theory and methods of large span girder bridge in the key process of construction to the practice of××project construction quality control. With the usage of WBS and Statistical Process Control theory, as well as the experts questionnaire survey, we have the the key process of construction of a project. Meanwhile, making use of SPC control chart to control the quality in the key process of construction, we have the corresponding quality control measures against the specific quality problems.
