Research And Practice On The Transformation Urban Stanty Towns

As China's rapid economic development in recent decades, more and more rural people are going to the cities.As the expanding of cities, many comfortable residential units can be pursuited by urban residents. People living in this high-quality community begin to enjoy the fruits of reform and opening up.But the increase of the price of real estate become applicable to the general public.In their eyes,the real estate become luxury goods. At the same time, people in the shanty towns can not enjoy people's comfortble lives and urban development in urban centers. They can not enjoy happyness brough by China's rapid economic development.Shanty towns become more and more imperative, and the central government to improve people's livelihood is an important project. Timely the governments put forward the policy to basically complete the current shanty towns within 3-5 years. However, many shanty towns of cities were impeded by various factors. After a large shanty town of Kaifeng engineered research, this article summed up the experience and made a number of improving recommendations of key problems.The main results are as follows:(1)Investigation of old industrial and mining enterprises in shantytownsThe core asset of old state enterprises is the land.To aquire the land,the core lies in the settlement of employees of emterprise. Because of the value of the land for resettlement costs can not solve this problem. In order to solve this problem,we should use policies to complete the placement of workers. This paper demonstrates the problem of the bankruptcy of old state-owned enterprises in China.(2)Research in shantytowns' neighbersResidents in shantytowns resist demolition because their interest can not be met.In order to solve the problem in demolition,the demolition shuold be done according to the law.(3) In the relocation of administrative units The problem of administrative units moving in stantytowns lies in the principal contradcition of new units far away from urban areas.The daily life of employees can be affected. This problems are inevitabled because of the accelerateeddevelopment of cities. The government must promote the construction of necessary facilities surrounding the city of new units.
