Design Of The Shanty Town In Luolukou, Changde City

With the progress of time and the development of social economy,our country has carried out the drastic countryside urbanization.Most of the urban and rural residents living conditions have been improved.However,due to the unequal development of market economy,there are still some residents’ living environment has not been improved.The poor quality of construction,lack of infrastructure and the bad accommodation of shanty towns have gradually formed over time.Luolukou block in Changde city is one of the typical shanty town.With the rapid development of social economy,this block can not keep pace with the development of Changde city more and more,this cause a lot of adverse effects.The negative effect even has affected the people who living in this area,and also destroyed the image of Changde.Through research design of the shanty towns in Luolukou,Changde City,visiting investigation and analysis,system analysis and research of domestic and foreign urban shanty towns experience and practice,put forward for the transformation of the way.From the overall analysis to the local analysis,analysis from the humanities landscape analysis,phase analysis and spatial analysis,in the old city organic renewal theory,regional theory,natural ecological theory and environment behavior theoretical foundations of psychology,a profound analysis of shanty towns transformation.This paper in the process of shanty towns,the experience of practice,for other similar areas to provide a reference and ideas for the implementation of shanty towns.
