PWM rectifier has been widely used in filed as DC power supply, inverter, UPS, wind power system, etc. For it's characteristics as high power factor and bidirection power flow, compare with non-controlled diode rectifier and semi-controlled thyristor rectifier, PWM rectifier has a great advantage. From practice point of view, this paper has make the research on theory and the concrete realization of PWM rectifier. Specifically, this paper complete the following tasks:1. Analyze the principle of the PWM rectifier and mathematical model. Given out derivation of Clarke transformation and Park transformation. In high-frequency models, respectively, this paper analyzed PWM rectifier's mathematical model in the two-phase stationary coordinate and rotating coordinate. Designed and calculate the inductance and capacitance in main circuit. Among them, the calculation of upper limit of the inductance in network-side is quite different from predecessors, who do only make rough estimate, this paper has given a inequality to judge if the value of inductance is correct. so, it has some reference value in practical application.2. For hysteresis current control, single-cycle control, sliding mode control, predictive current control, as well as dual-loop PI control in dq rotating coordinate system, this paper has make a detailed analysis on its'principle and characteristics. At last, choose dual-loop PI control as PWM rectifier's control strategy. Analyze the principle of SVPWM modulation method, and select pre-decomposition matrix SVPWM modulation as this paper's modulation method, for which is easy to be implemented on DSP.3. Set up a simulation model of PWM rectifier in Matlab / Sinmulink environment. Detailed structure diagram of control circuits sub-modules and SVPWM sub-module was given out. On the situations of DC side capacitor pre-charge and non-pre-charge, PWM rectifier were simulated. And, simulation results prove the feasibility of control theory.4. Designed and produced all the electric circuit of PWM rectifier, which includes: the main circuit, detection & conditioning circuit, driver circuit, auxiliary power supply circuit, liquid crystal display panel drive circuit. Debug all the electric circuit to make it work stable and reliable.5. Compile the drive program of DSP, Debugging the PWM rectifier in rectifier operation mode.
