The rapid development and application of the"Harmony"EMUs did not only provide new technology and equipment to railway passenger,but also made request to the EMUs'maintenance. The road-rail towing vehicle as corollary equipment with service machine was used to tow emus to the maintenance station accurately.Researching and developing the first electric road-rail towing vehicle in China, is this article's purpose. In this paper, rationality and superiority of the vehicle was proved. Basing on the composition of classics EV, the vehicle's system structure was put forward with vehicle control assembly unit, remote control unit and human-machine interaction unit, etc, additionally.The influence of ramp, traction quality and curve to system performance was analyzed in theory. System dynamic parameters which obtained through calculating, combining with the system technical requirements determined the chose of motors. In addition, the calculation method of the guide wheels and Rubber wheels' pressure was proposed. The vehicle control assembly unit was also introduced in detail, such as the composition and external interface. The research on the judge of movement, the management of energy flow and the locomotive double heading was designed.Finally, based on the traction experiments of express train and CRH5 EMUs, The system function and dynamic performance was tested under different working conditions, with the contrast to the theoretical calculation result. |
