Since the 21st century, the requirement and utilization of spatial resources have reached to an unprecedented extent for countries, and a large number of spacecrafts was launched into space. Manned aerospace plan has been included to one of the country's major research projects. With the imminent launch of the Shenzhou 8 spaceship, and gradually progress in lunar exploration, the number of spacecrafts will increase highly, which will be a severe challenge for long-term work in orbit. With limitations of extreme conditions in space, the failure of moving parts mainly is in the form of lubrication failure of the system. In many years, scientists have never stopped researching the new lubrication methods and technology. With concluding previous work, Drop-on-demand technology (DOD) is applied into the lubricating oil active complement system for space mechanisms, and a novel structure of piezoelectric fuel injection lubrication device is proposed. The purpose of this paper is simulating the liquid-gas two-phase flow in the process of oil injection by means of computational fluid dynamics and it summaries law of droplets'emitted state with changing parameters, which will lay the foundation for practical application of devices. With the development of computer, computational fluid dynamics and finite element analysis software, numerical simulation has been become one of main methods for analyzing internal flow and researching performance. In this paper, Finite element model about piezoelectric vibrator is established with finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze piezoelectric coupling field. Dynamic characteristics of piezoelectric vibrator applied different excitation pulse is analyzed.Appling computational fluid dynamics software CFD-ACE2009, injection process simulating that the liquid injecting into the rarefied atmosphere from a contracting nozzle is carried out. By analyzing the shape of pulse voltage, amplitude, nozzle exit diameter and the nature of the lubricant, mainly viscosity and surface tension coefficient, Law of droplets'emitted state has been drawn.
