With the continuous development of packaging industry,and the social advocacy of using waste resources,energy conservation and emission reduction,pulp molding products have become packaging products that can not be ignored.Hydraulic pulper is an important equipment for producing pulp moulding.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the pulping efficiency of the hydraulic pulper.The flow of solid-liquid two-phase flow formed by fiber and water in the hydrapulper is complex,so the flow field characteristics are studied by the method of computational fluid dynamics(CFD).The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Establish the mathematical model of the hydrapulper.The mesh model of the internal flow field of the hydrapulper is built with the help of Inventor 3d model software,ANSYS Meshing and ICEM CFD Meshing software.In software Fluent18.0,VOF model and RNG k-aided turbulence model in euler two-phase flow model were selected,and the motion conditions and boundary conditions on different regions of the mesh model were defined,and multiple reference frame method(MRF)was used to deal with the rotor rotation region.(2)CFD-Post software was used for post-processing of the numerical simulation results,and the flow field velocity,turbulence intensity distribution and rotor dynamic pressure distribution were used as parameters to describe the flow field.According to the results of numerical simulation,the influence of the structure of the hydrapulper on the characteristics of the flow field is analyzed,and the direction to improve the efficiency of the grout is put forward.(3)According to the direction proposed in the previous chapter to improve the grout efficiency,the numerical simulation calculated the flow field characteristics after changing the rotor position,size and shape respectively,compared with the velocity,turbulence intensity and rotor dynamic pressure distribution before the change,and analyzed the influence of the results on the grout efficiency.(4)The velocity distribution at different positions and the shaft power of the rotor in the flow field of the hydrapulper were studied experimentally,and theexperimental data were compared with the results of numerical simulation to verify the effectiveness of the numerical simulation.
