| The task from the science and technology projects in Jilin Province Department of Education. In this dissertation, it is mentioned composite hollow slab is a integrated precast structure which is the fixed prefabricate concrete hollow component on the prefabricate thin plate, and then casted one layer concrete. Use the weight of precast concrete hollow component to secure it in right place. Through the treatment of structure of combined interfaces to ensure the composite member, borehole concrete to participate involved in the slab work directly. Comparing with cast-in-situ reinforced concrete hollow slab, this structural style could save plenty of assembling reinforcement and mold, reduce the concrete pouring amount, which got the positive in convenience construction, short term project, and low cost. This task includes two parts: one way composite hollow slabs and two way composite hollow slabs.According to the design of precast concrete hollow component, one way composite hollow slab put forward three different forms. After the analysis, chose the best scheme to analyses the one way composite hollow slab for using nonlinear analysis of reinforced concrete. And then derivate the basic theory in the whole process of cross-section flexural members. Produces a model to testing, and simulates the mode of destruction. Using ANSYS finite element procedure to simulate the composite hollow slabs, analysis of repeated vertical load, the stress state of the slab, cracks distribution, and damage characteristics of the situation. In the two way composite hollow slabs part, the task suggest a new form which is hollow chamber plates and compare with cast-in-situ reinforced concrete two way hollow slab. Cast-in-situ reinforced concrete two way hollow slabs derive from the specific project case. To make sure the hollow chamber plates in the same condition as the cast-in-situ reinforced concrete two way hollow slabs and set up the model. Using ANSYS to analyses the force of it.. And calculate its material dosage and economy in PKPM. |
