This article aims to provide economic and reasonable way for dual-source water reuse technology by optimizing the coagulation process. The study has been carried on coagulation and sedimentation with double water sources from a distract of SuZhou. The effects of the kind of coagulant, the optimal adding dose, stirring intensity, pH, etc. on the coagulation and sedimentation have been analyzed. As a result the optimal flocculant and flocculant aid have been obtained. The optimal doses of flocculant and flocculant aid as well as the optimal parameters of coagulating process are determined for the seasonal ratio of the drainage and rainwater in raw water to provide the basis for general laws of the coagulation treatment of dual-source water reuse. In coagulant filtration experiments, the effect of dual-source water weighed by target of turbidity removal was observed. By experimental study the optimal flocculant and flocculant aid have been obtained for the recycling water treatment process with double water sources of superior drainage and rainwater. The best compound concentrations of flocculant and flocculant aid for different volume ratio of raw water were determined though mixed experiment. Through the orthogonal experimental design, the optimal hydraulic conditions and optimal choices have been explored by this study. Experimental results show that the best hydraulic conditions can be identified. Through the pH value of the experiments, the study investigated the effect of different pH value on the removal of various indicators. Selecting the four groups of raw water, this study carried out simulation experiments. This article find out the optimum conditions derived from the experiments. The economic analysis of the coagulation and sedimentation process is conducted in the test. The Coagulation and sedimentation process is an economical, high-efficient and feasible process in treating the reclaimed water. The process has a good application prospect in the pollutant removal of reclaimed water reuser in China.
