When wastewater is reused for the circulating cooling water system of thermal power plants, some problems such as scale、corrosion will be generated which affects the normal running of circulating cooling water system. Wastewater reusing needs more stringent water quality requirements to achieve the circulating cooling water quality standard. The experiments used lime coagulation treatment on urban wastewater which Baoding Thermal Power Plant provided.Experiments studied of the effects of different Lime dosing methods and three kinds of coagulants PFS、FeSO4、PAFC on coagulation, and ultimately got the best dosage. We also studied the anti-scaling synergy of PESA、 PBTCA、MA-AA and the effects of temperature、pH HCO3on inhibition rate in different scale inhibitors with calcium carbonate precipitation method and screened out optimized compositional formula. The result demonstrated that the optimized mixed formula had advangtage in thermal and alkaline stability, which could be applied for circulating system of high temperature、high pH and high concentration of HCO3Finally through the dynamic imitating test we evaluated the characters of the compound agents. The formula we developed which is low phosphorus and environmentally friendly has a certain theoretical significance and practical value and can ensure the circulating cooling water system safe and economical.
