Meical ultrasonic imaging is one of the most important domains of modern medical imaging technology.Endoscopic Ultrasonography System(EUS) combines the medical technique of endoscopies with ultrasound technology and modern computer technology. Improving the image quality ,enhancing the function ,advancing the reliability and flexibility are the directions of research on medical ultrasonic imaging method.In recent years ,USB(Universal Serial Bus) has became a widely used interface technology, it has advantages that other bus is incomparable, such as hot-plug, high-speed and stability, low-power and so on. At present USB2.0 standard agreement that the USB bus transfer rate up to 480Mbps provides a high-speed data exchanges method between computer and peripherals.This text finished the main work as follows:1,Based on the function and features of USB2.0 chip EZ-USB FX2LP from CYPRESS, completed the design of USB2.0 isochronous transfer circuit. 2,Used the firmware framework provide by USB device manufacturers, completed the equipment firmware and finished compiling and debugging under Keil C environment.3,In-depth analysis of the WDM, wrote the USB driver and firmware download driver and finished compiling and debugging under Windows DDK environment.4,Used FPGA as the controller and simulate data source, completed data transmission experiment for USB interface circuits, verified stability and reliability of system, and achieve the 16MB/s transmission speed. In addition, got the pigskin images used USB isochronous transfer in ultrasonic endoscope.5,In-depth analysis of the characteristics of medical ultrasound image and various of enhancement methods of ultrasound image, developed Medical Ultrasound Image Processing System.
