Bi-directional DC / DC switching converter is based on two-way transmission of energy is necessary to readjust the DC to DC converter. DC uninterruptible power supply in systems such as aerospace power systems, electric vehicles, as well as occasions such as solar cell converters have a wide range of applications. In this paper, a shift-based control technology with the new topology of isolated DC/DC converter for a more in depth research and design of the prototype, while another type of high-power non-isolated bi-directional DC/DC conversion topology structure of the theory of a certain depth of analysis and research.Isolated-type DC/DC converter is input using super capacitor (UC) bi-directional three-phase active bridge DC/DC converter with isolation, high power density, high efficiency, large voltage change than characteristics. Main circuit of this converter using phase-shifting bridge have this structure, the main circuit without additional components, can be opened to achieve zero-voltage soft-switching technology, the switch reduces the wear and tear, but also can greatly increase the switching frequency, reducing the switching device current stress, reduces the circuit size of the electromagnetic device to improve the system's power density and efficiency; in the control, using PWM modulation and a combination of phase-shifted control method, a flexible control method, voltage conversion range, with three-phase transformer transmits energy, high efficiency, good output. Circuit side of the original three-phase coupled inductors can reduce the current ripple, three-phase coupling to reduce the number of core, lower core loss. This circuit can automatically follow the load changes, is a very suitable for applications where high-power DC/DC converters, can be widely used in large, medium-power applications in the distributed power generation and fuel cell-powered electric vehicles more occasions there are a lot of potential and promising applications.In addition, this paper also a new type of non-isolated DC/DC converters, and logic analysis to explore. Mainly from the multi-phase Buck (Buck-Boost) converter to start, and the results of the analysis and isolation-type bi-directional DC/DC to conduct a more detailed comparison, comparing the high-power bi-directional DC/DC converter topology with non-isolated isolation topology of the strengths and weaknesses in order to adapt with different work.
