| The increasing environmental pollution, exhaustion of petroleum resources and other issues have attracted global attention. People show more and more attention to how to reduce the energy consumptions. Converter is an important part of the energy transmission process. How to improve the efficiency of the converter has become a research hotspot in recent years. In this paper, using inductance coupling in interleaved the coupled inductors in interleaving and magnetically integrated bidirectional DC/DC converter. It proposed frequency control scheme from the perspective of the inductor core saturation. Solving the converter’ low efficiency when it works in light-load. Broaden the range of load running efficiently. Improve the overall efficiency of interleaving and magnetically integrated bidirectional DC/DC converter.Firstly, this paper proposed a new structure of coupled inductors which can apply in two-phase interleaving and magnetically integrated bidirectional DC/DC converter. Analyze the changes of inductive coupled degree principle. Give the relevant methods of core design. And the simulation and experiment verified the superior performance and strong practicability of the new coupled inductors. It can get higher efficiency when used in the topology of bidirectional DC/DC converter.Secondly, establish the loss model of interleaved bidirectional DC/DC converter. Depending on the converter’s load status, proposed the control scheme of Phase+ multi-frequency+PSM.Verified the correctness of the improved light-load efficiency and broaden the range of load running efficiency when using this control scheme.Finally, combined with the characteristics of the new coupled inductors, as a precondition of the core saturation, applied the frequency control scheme in the new coupled inductors which in used in interleaving and magnetically integrated bidirectional DC/DC converter. It can verified the improvement of the efficiency of the new coupled inductors and the proposed control scheme. |
