The Application And Research Of Plc Computer Interlocking Control In Railway Signaling Of The Jinduicheng Molybdenum

The thesis briefly introduces the development and current application situation of the Computer Interlocking Control System, combining with participating in open-air ore electric locomotive workshop of Jinduicheng Molybdenum which undertakes the Railway Signaling Computer Interlocking Control Technology Reconstruction task, it introduces what does the author did in the research project and the organizational structure in papers.Aim at open-air ore electric locomotive workshop of Jinduicheng Molybdenum, to the a stand two games Computer Interlocking transformation and upgrades of the Sunflower Garden station, BAIHUALING station,on the basis of the design principle to achieve big density driving safety, simple in maintenance visual target, meanwhile assuring the advancement of the equipment, dispatching to the real-time monitiring and so on, the papers discussed the design proposal of the system,key technology, the system structure and working principle in the way of the "Three choose two".According to the principle of the generality, reliability and advancement,the papers discussed the system hardware composition, listed the specifications of the interlocking equipment.On the basis of the principle "Fault orientation safety"which the system must followed,introduced the interface cabinet and it's inside device layout; it put the emphasis on the discussing the design principle and the solution of each several part passageways.Summarizing the current situation and development history of PLC,the composition of PLC,the main kinds of Siemens S7 series PLC,the Industrial Communication Network,the HMI hardware,three kinds of Siemens S7 industrial software.Discussed STEP 7 configuration hardware and Modules/interface attribute assignment.Analysed to save,to import and to export configuration and to download and upload configuration, given the lower computer configuration of Jinduicheng Molybdenum Computer Interlocking PLC.Analysed all of the participated interlocking operational datas from two ways :Data coding and transmission, Data loading and structure .The paper discussed 5 aspects function of the software system needed to achieve;Researched the texture of the software; Introduced the basic module and task scheduling ways of the Interlocking Controling programme;Analysed the operating command executing module process , submodule process and so on which are all of the key part of the project implementation.
