Railway computer interlocking system is a safety-critical system to execute station logical control functions and ensure station operating executions smoothly. Various kinds of equipment failure may occur during the running of computer interlocking system, so it is important to solve failure timely and correctly to ensure operating safety and enhance operating efficiency.Communication and signal maintainers need to reference various static data and dynamic data, such as examing engineering drawing, finding equipment location and analyzing schematic circuit diagram.However, field device data(paper or electronic) is stored dispersively, complete and uniform data can hardly be searched.Demanding data and long-distance fault diagnosis is time-wasting and strenuosity.Therefore it is very important for maintaining guidence to design a efficient and shared platform of device configuration information collection and display,by ways of collecting computer interlocking equipment data and using computer technology.The thesis designs the computer interlocking system indoor and outdoor equipment configuration software by using computer interlocking system as study object and combining railway engineering reality, which aims to the shortage of manual equipment data storage.The software is designed by taking Visual Studio 2008 as platform.The thesis firstly introduces basic structure of computer interlocking system and describes setting condition and connected relation of indoor and outdoor signal equipment.Then the thesis does demand analysis of the system, designs overall structure by functions.The system id divided into six parts:data initialization, outdoor equipment configuration, indoor equipment configuration, schematic circuit diagram, equipment information management and data communication.Various related static data is also designed.Then six modules are designed detailedly.In data initialization module, organizational formal layout data files are loaded, equipment and circuits are initialized. In outdoor equipment configuration module, methods of drawing outdoor signals, tracks and sections are designed.In indoor equipment configuration module, contents and methods of equipment hierarchy exhibition is analyzed.Schematic circuit diagram module includes schematic circuit diagram drawing and schematic circuit diagram simulating.It searches and logical handles circuit conduction path by receiving driving information from computer interlocking system and realizes dynamic display by drawing schematic circuit diagram.Equipment information management module aims to find correlative data of outdoor signal equipment.In data communication module, communication mode and frame format between system and computer interlocking system are designed.Finally, combined with computer interlocking simulation system, each function of the software is tested.The thesis reaches expected target and has certain engineering utilization.
