The thesis comprehensively states the theory and method of thedata prograrmming of information systems. There is the dataprogramming of security management subsystem in the project calledthe data programming of power supplying enterprises' managementinformation system in Heilongiiang province. This article takes it as apractical object.The whole process of data programming consists of three phases.The first phase is to investigate orperation. It is the basis of the latertwo phases. The second phase is to design the functional models Itresolves the problems what the system does. The third phase is todesign data models which solves the question that how to do it.On the basis of above-mentioned three phases, the author givesthe integrity constraint, business rule and constructively designs thecoding system of the subsystem in order to meet the need of systemmaintenance in future and designing program.The research of the project not only enhances the researchinglevel of theory about information system deployment, but also has amomentous significance in guiding the practical work about dataprogramming.
