Building service systems is a general term of facilities and equipment systems, which provide services for people who work and live in building. It is an essential part to play structures using function, to improve the quality of the use and reduce environmental pollution. With the development of the society and the improvement of people’s living, Building function is increasing, but this causes inconveniences for integrated analysis and management of interior building utilities.At present, to describe the three-dimensional space of the whole city by the use of 3D GIS, express underground geology, pipeline, structures, land, transportation, construction, vegetation of the earth, and indoor facilities, real estate,population, and form three-dimensional space framework consistent with the real world, has become the international cutting-edge research and application of GIS technology. Under this background, according to the characteristics of interior building utilities and the demand of management, this paper carried out research on interior building utilities data model, it is of great importance to the improvement of the informatization level of maintenance and management of interior building utilities.The main work include:1) With reference to the national industry standard and related specifications, the paper analysises semantic information, geometry information, attribute information, and relationship information of building network facilities in detail, and the concept model is established.2) On the basis of the conceptual model of network facilities, gives the logical model to express semantic information, geometry information, attribute information and relationships between them, and the physical storage model to store the data.3) According to building water supply and drainage design specification(GB 50015-2003), and other specifications, obtained knowledge in the field of building network facilities, design the structure of knowledge base, and on this basis, design the component and its storage structure, then, give the process of using the knowledge and rule components for building network infrastructure data validation.4) Finally, the prototype system was designed and implemented for verifing the feasibility and applicability of building network infrastructure data model.
