The electric and mechanical performance of products produced by epoxyresin dosing technique has been improved prodigiously. So the epoxy resindosing technique has been widely applied to electric and electronic trades.Vacuum epoxy resin dosing machine is a kind of typical mechatronic equipmentdeveloped by XUT,it can specially be used by epoxy resin dosing of highvoltage electric component。 In this paper, combining the course of exploiture and development with theprocess producing flow on the spot, the key technique and reliability of vacuumepoxy resin dosing machine has been studied. The theoretical analysis on rigid media sealing has been carried out.Themathematical model of rigid media sealing leakage value is built, the pumpclearance of rigid media sealing without leakage is determined, and the testmethod to determine pump clearance has been worked out.Durabilitt of rigidmedia sealing is discussed. Then, through the analysis of test data, the wearableusing life of dosing machine is determined. The mixing theory of small free flow is evaluated and its dynamic model isbuilt.Afterwards, liquid velocity and the effects of mixing unit number onmixing results are testified by experiment. In order to realize the special function and process flow of vacuum epoxyresin dosing machine, hardware structure and system software of the controlsystem is designed. In terms of the equipment function system, the reliability model of reactionfunction is built.Reliability index system to evaluate dosiny machine is built. Then, rational method and mode to collect fault statistics data on the spot isworked out,the fault tree is built....
