In this paper,solving project of safety problem is brought forward to driving turbine of charge gas compressor of liaoyang petroleum-fibre corporation .Axial translation and shaft bearing temperature are important parameters on the safe side in turbine.In this thesis,we put forward "three adopt two" mode of interlocked control in order to detect objections of axial translation in the turbine. The mechanical structure of sensor and Hall displacement sensor have been designed and developed. In order to improve the quality of output signal,a constant current source circuit and a mucircuit and regulation circuit are designed to realize signal filtering,voltage amplifying,setting to zero and normalization. The sensor has been calibrated by test of static state and dynamic state. Single-chip microcomputer date processing system is designed to realize data gathering. Applications is written to accomplish numerical filtering,linerization treating,conversion between measured value and engineering value,interlocking out of limit,controlling output voltage of ADC0832,display measurements,etc.In the homemade experimental facility,some experiments consisting of calibrating experiment of platiniferous resistance temperature probe and temperature characteristic experiment of Hall component and simulation experiment of temperature controlled are made. Experimental results show that the performance of this system has reached its design requirement.
