With the development of enactments of oil consume, exhaust emission, safety and electronic technology, much simple mechanical control is displaced by electronic control. Combined with electronic control, it becomes more friendly, simpler and easier to maintain the relevant products, which makes production costs greatly reduced. Therefore, Electronic shift technology emerges makes with wide range of application of automotive electronics control technology.A kind of electronic shift as interface unit of mechanical gearbox is presented in this paper. The principle of this electronic shift is as follow. Hall sensors are installed on circuit card, and position of shift lever is obtained by inducting real-time position information of magnet under it, then driver's shift intention is fixed. At the same time, signals are delivered the positon infoamtions to TCM by embedded chips, and the gearbox will make relevant action according to the informations.Aiming at the electronic shift system, hardware circuit and programming of electronic shift are designed based on switching hall sensors and linear hall sensors shifting. Electronic shifting system based on switching hall sensors interaction the position of shift level through switching hall sensors, MCU PIC16F631 is utilized as main part of signal processing. According to the communication protocol between the shifter and transmission, the position sign is transferred to the corresponding binary output. Electronic shifting system based on linear hall sensors calculation magnetic field strength of each gear points though the ANSOFT. The theoretical value of output voltage is calculated according to the characteristics of chosen linear hall sensors, then measuring the actual output voltage of sensors is measured. At last, the output voltage range of different gears is obtained, from which we can get shift level. PIC16F677 with function of A/D transfer is utilized as major part of signal processing. In addition, the anti-interference design of hardware circuit and software system is introduced in this paper, and the reliability of the Electronic Shifter System is improved.We carries loading tests and laboratory tests according to the two above programs. The result show that the designed programs is capable and correct.
