Storage Testing Techniques In Tanks And Armored Vehicles In The Test Study

Associated with the two project in the ninth-five year plan, the testing theories and methods of dynamic parameters of moving components in tank and armored car under the narrow space and adverse scurviness circumatances are studied in this paper, which is based on the comprehensive analysis of the present condition at home and abroad. In order to test and measure the torque and rotate speed parameters of tank transmition shafts and the stress and temperature parameters of engine piston, the operation parameter test devices are designed. The real-time testing at the different operating modes on the spot is performed with memorized testing sets. The trials make success and get required precise datum. In the course of circuit analysis and design, power management technique and trigger control technique of the operation parameter test device are mainly studied, so as to meet the requirement of special test environment and long test period of tank and armored car.
